Founded as a high-tech manufacturing facility specializing in lighting and audio equipment, Godox has become a lighting equipment expert and innovator. They strive to produce eye-catching content that reaches new audiences beyond the traditional photographer and into the world of filmmaking and commercial productions.

Whether it is the launch of a new product or growing their global online presence, Godox pushes the boundaries of technology and filmmaking while constantly bringing professional products to the marketplace. While most lighting companies might release simple explainer or demo videos when launching a new product, Godox invests in storytelling to think beyond the imagination of the independent filmmaker or large-scale studios production. The recent XR stage short film, “Cyber Cycle,” offers a glimpse into the endless possibilities of Godox, in which the entire film was shot using only Godox lighting. The behind-the-scenes tutorials that followed offered a sneak-peek into how the film was made and what products were used, significantly growing their online reach and engagement amongst amateur and professional filmmakers alike. Not only, but it has allowed them to break into new large-scale production marketplaces.

Today, our very own Jameson Brooks serves as a North American ambassador for Godox.
