Cheslea grew up the second child of four in her family, each with a very different perspective, so herding cats and finding the best way to communicate is part of her DNA.
Chelsea joined The Richards Group ad agency in 2015 in public relations and later brand management. In 2021, she became Account Director at LERMA/, where she managed a cross-discipline team of creatives, brand strategy, data and analytics, and SEO, most notably for The Salvation Army USA. In that position, she oversaw the development of traditional and digital advertising campaigns for TV, social, audio and web. Other clients included Interstate Batteries, Discount Tire, John Houston Homes, and OldCastleBuilding Envelope.
Prior to joining VCG, Chelsea served as Senior Communications Associate responsible for internal and external corporate communications for JPI Companies.
She is a proud Fighting Texas A&M Aggie and graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Communications & Journalism. When she’s not working, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin, son Henry, and dogs, Hudson and Tooter; leaving Yelp reviews for up-and-coming restaurants around Dallas; and diving into a good book.
